When you have found a job in the US, you need to obtain two documents from your new employer as soon as possible. They are an essential part of the E-3 visa application:

1 - Letter of Offer. This is a standard letter from the employer to you outlining the job and that you are being offered the position.

2 - Labor Condition Agreement (LCA). This is an official document that explains the conditions under which you are being employed.

Problems and tips. Many US employers are not familiar with the LCA and will need assistance in finding and completing it.

There are also some details your employer can include in the offer letter that could increase your chances of success.
