The job requires a bachelor degree or equivalent-experience in that field
and
you hold the equivalent bachelor degree or equivalent-experience in that field.
If you don't have a degree from university, but do have a lot of work experience you can apply for an
academic evaluation to certify your experience as
equivalent to a US bachelor degree.
